To use the Website or place an order, You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. MYDEN reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if we suspect any violation of eligibility criteria or misuse of our platform.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To avail of certain features (e.g., placing orders, tracking shipments, or saving preferences), You may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities conducted through Your account.
In the event of unauthorized access or suspected breach of Your account, You agree to notify MYDEN immediately at support@myden.in. MYDEN shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to safeguard Your account.
5. PRODUCT LISTINGS AND AVAILABILITY
MYDEN endeavours to provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and availability details for all products, including bedding products, home décor, furniture, and gifting items. However, these are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as stock availability, design updates, or pricing adjustments. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of checkout. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly vary from the actual item due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. We do not guarantee the availability of any product listed on the Website. In case of unavailability after order confirmation, MYDEN will inform You and either offer a substitute or process a refund as per Section 9 below.
Errors & Omissions Excepted (EOE): MYDEN reserves the right to rectify inaccuracies in pricing or stock availability, even post-order confirmation Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6. ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION

MYDEN reserves the right to accept or reject Your order at its sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon successful payment and order acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS, containing details such as order number, product details, and estimated delivery timeline.
MYDEN may contact You for additional verification before processing Your order. Failure to provide such verification may result in cancellation.
7. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed separately at checkout. We accept payments through various methods including but not limited to UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. MYDEN reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment. Suspicious transactions may be investigated, and orders withheld/cancelled per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
MYDEN reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to Your order will be the one displayed at the time of checkout, subject to payment confirmation. Payment can be made via secure methods such as credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or cash on delivery (COD), as available at checkout. All transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways, and MYDEN does not store Your payment information.
In case of COD orders, you agree to pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. MYDEN reserves the right to cancel COD orders if payment is not made as agreed.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
MYDEN ships products across India through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary based on Your location and are estimates only, not guarantees. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated based on location, weight, and delivery method. Free shipping may be offered on select orders as per promotional terms. You agree to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping destination. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, sudden strike, public holiday, national programmes or anything related to political) will not make us liable for compensation.
MYDEN is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by You. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to You upon delivery to the shipping address or handover to the logistics provider, whichever occurs first. In case of undelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer (if applicable) without negotiation.
International Orders: Subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations; buyers bear these costs.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel Your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@myden.in] or via the "My Orders" section. Once shipped, cancellation is subject to our return policy. MYDEN reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to inventory issues, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies.
Return Policy: MYDEN offers a [7/15-day] return period (as specified on the product page) from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Returns for non-defective items may be accepted at MYDEN’s discretion, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Customized, perishable, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@myden.in with Your order details and reason for return or you can access the same from My Orders. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to MYDEN’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days of receiving the returned product, subject to quality checks. Refunds will be credited to Your original payment method or as store credit, at MYDEN’s discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., bespoke furniture or gifting items) are non-returnable unless defective.

10. WARRANTY & DEFECTS
Manufacturer warranties apply where specified. Claims must be filed with proof of purchase. MYDEN acts as an intermediary; product liability rests with manufacturers/sellers unless proven negligence by the Platform Information Technology Act, 2000.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including product designs, logos, images, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of MYDEN or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and Trademarks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MYDEN.
