4.3. Myden does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any products listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted at the risk of the parties involved.

4.4. Myden may, in its sole discretion, remove or suspend any product listings or accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1. Sellers may be required to pay fees for listing products or completing transactions on the Platform. Payment terms and fee schedules are outlined in detail in our Payment Policy.

5.2. Buyers may be required to pay for products purchased through the Platform using accepted payment methods. Payment processing services may be provided by third-party payment processors, and additional terms and conditions may apply.

5.3. Myden is not responsible for any transactions or disputes between buyers and sellers, including but not limited to payment disputes, delivery issues, or product quality concerns.

Latex Mattress - Registration, Terms and Conditions 

  1. Warranty: Our latex mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as sagging, splitting seams, or abnormal wear under normal use conditions.
  2. Registration: To activate your warranty, please register your latex mattress within 3 days of purchase. You can register your mattress by visiting our website and providing your purchase details, including the date of purchase and proof of purchase.
  3. Conditions: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the mattress and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or cleaning.
  4. Claims Process: If you believe your latex mattress is defective and covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team. We may require proof of purchase and inspection of the mattress to process your claim.
  5. Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the mattress at our discretion. Any repaired or replaced mattress will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  6. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations to the mattress. It also does not cover normal changes in softness or resilience that occur over time.
  7. Limitations: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective mattress. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or medical expenses.

 

Pillow - Registration, Terms and Conditions 

  1. Warranty: Our pillows come with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as flattened or lumpy filling, seams coming apart, or abnormal wear under normal use conditions.
  2. Registration: To activate your warranty, please register your pillow within 3 days of purchase. You can register your pillow by visiting our website and providing your purchase details, including the date of purchase and proof of purchase.
  3. Conditions: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the pillow and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or cleaning.

  3. Conditions: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the mattress topper and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or cleaning.
